We here at Clann na hÉireann are dedicated to a United 32 County Ireland free of British occupation & collusion. We assert that it is the God given right of the Irish people to dictate & decide their own course for the future. We as Irish-Americans can only support this process, for in the end it is the destiny of one Isle to decide their fate.

In addition, we are working for the peaceful [if possible!] resolution to the ongoing 'Troubles' of the North, so that the child victims in this dispute may have a chance at peace & prosperity free of hatred & bias.

Equality and freedom for ALL Éire's inhabitants is necessary so this Nation may grow ever stronger, as is Her inherent Celtic Destiny.

Always, Irish P.O.W.'s everywhere have our unending support in our shared cause.

ARTICLE 1. Section 1.

Clann na hÉireann is a non-sectarian, private membership. We do not interfere, directly, in American Party Politics!

Section 2 .

Our goals are: To aid the people of Ireland to achieve and maintain their complete independence under a Republican form of government with full civil and religious liberty to all its inhabitants.

We foster and encourage use of the Irish language, history, traditional-music, laws and traditions of the Irish People both at home and abroad.

ARTICLE 2. Section 1.

We uphold the right of the people of Ireland to the ownership of Ireland, and to the unfettered control of Irish destinies, to be sovereign and indefeasible.

Despite a long history of attempts by foreign entities to extinguish these rights, they can never be extinguished, except by the total destruction of the Irish People.

Section 2.

In every generation, the Irish People have asserted their right to freedom and sovereignty. Seven times during the last 350 or so years they have asserted it in arms.

Clann na hÉireann supports the fundamental right of Irish Republicans to continue to assert these rights in arms, as deemed necessary to protect the rights of Irish Nationalists and Republicans in the face of the World.

We Pledge Our Lives, the Lives of Our Comrades in Arms to the Cause of Irish Freedom, its welfare, and its status among Nations.

ARTICLE 3. Section 1.

Clann na hÉireann supports the moral right of the Irish Republican Army (And in the absence of that organization, any other Republican National Organization that supports the Will of the Majority of Irish Nationalists Peoples who seek a free and United Ireland.) to engage in warfare based on;

A. The Right to resist foreign aggression

B. The Right to revolt against tyranny and oppression.

C. The direct lineal succession with the Provisional Government of 1916, the first Dail of 1919 and the second Dail of 1921.
